Welcome to Packard Housing Co-op

Packard Housing Co-operative is made up of two buildings with a total of 170 Pet friendly units centrally located two blocks from Coquitlam Central Skytrain Station and across the street from Coquitlam Centre.

About Packard

Packard Housing Co-operative partnered with the Community Land Trust in 2023 as part of CLTs redevelopment plan. CLT was able to keep the already available co-op homes on the market for individuals looking for housing in a diverse, mixed income and long term community-based living.

When an apartment becomes available they are renovated and upgraded as needed as CLT and the Packard Housing Co-op work towards revitalizing the property.

As we are located right in the heart of Coquitlam, residents will constantly be entertained with the combination of indoor/outdoor activities and cultural experiences that makes it a unique spot to explore. Whether you are hiking through the trails of Mundy Park, enjoying a picnic by Como Lake, or checking out local festivals, there’s always a way to connect with nature and the beautiful surroundings. In addition, the variety of restaurants and shops adds to its charm which makes it a great place to call home.

About Community Land Trust

Community Land Trust (CLT) is a social purpose real estate developer that helps to create permanently affordable housing solutions for people, with a focus on co-operative housing.

We help to drive growth in the non-market and community housing sector by developing new housing co-ops, preserving and redeveloping existing co-ops, and leveraging the value of our portfolio to build more housing.

Established by the Co-operative Housing Federation of BC (CHF BC) in 2015, CLT is owned by BC’s co-operative housing sector and is a member of the CHF BC group of social enterprises.
